The prep and painting continues with a vengeance – lots of scraping and new colors, and stools and exhibit components were moved into Activity Room 1 to be repainted.
The reinstallation of Littlewoods is finished and the treehouse now has a beautiful new deck. The ship is soon to follow.
Today Arielle accomplished some acrobatics on a VERY high ladder as she dusted the pipes in the ramp. She's fearless!
AND the Museum's new team of 11 AmeriCorps members arrived to begin their service year with two weeks of training. They had a day packed with hands-on fun – including a session of Balls and Tracks – to prepare them for a playful year. If this photo is any indication, they're naturals!
